By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

• Do not use the Services to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
• Do not misrepresent Nanchs Score results or use them to deceive third parties.

3. Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and for all use of your account.

4. Verification results

The Nanchs Score and related assessments are provided to support your own review processes. While we strive for accuracy, verification results are informational and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using the Services.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, content, and the Nanchs Score methodology, are owned by Nanchs and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

6. Fees

Certain features of the Services may require payment of fees. Applicable fees, billing terms, and renewal conditions will be described in your order or subscription agreement.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability
